This week I had the pleasure of enjoying the work of Timothy Cooper. I looked at the main exhibit which was 145 (no I didn’t count them) ceramic plates evenly organized into a cross shape. It was certainly interesting as many students were circling around the plates trying to catch a better glimpse of the exhibit. What I liked about it was the amount of patience the artist must have had to line them all up so evenly. The artist stated that the plates were produced from early september to mid october especially for this exhibit. The artist went on to note the amount of teamwork that went into making all of this possible, the making of the plates, the help aligning them. Overall I liked this exhibit a lot considering the amount of work that went into making the plates and setting them up.
